About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Manager to lead our BAU pricing process, delivering new price optimisations and trading changes in consultation with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of our pricing algorithm, including the introduction of new functionality and pricing tests
  • Review the data, analytical and modelling outputs of your team, to ensure our standards are met; roll up your sleeves and dive into the code when needed

Requirements

  • Background working in a pricing or commercially focussed analytical role
  • SQL and experience working with large or complex datasets
  • R/Python/Matlab or coding statistical methods in other languages
  • Mentoring, training or project-based management of junior colleagues
  • You're a fast learner to understand our business, its value drivers and the wider industry context
  • You will have a customer focus to both spot profit opportunities and do the right thing
