Your Role

As a Mathematics Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality, learner-centered educational programs that adhere to contractual obligations and standards.
  • Supporting both learners and colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes for all participants.
  • Maintaining compliance with Novus Gower policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A teaching qualification or a subject-specific qualification at Level 4, with a commitment to achieving the relevant outstanding Level 4 qualification within a designated timeframe.
  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • A proven track record of effective teaching in your subject area.
