Your Role
As a Mathematics Educator, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering high-quality, learner-centered educational programs that adhere to contractual obligations and standards.
- Supporting both learners and colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes for all participants.
- Maintaining compliance with Novus Gower policies and procedures.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A teaching qualification or a subject-specific qualification at Level 4, with a commitment to achieving the relevant outstanding Level 4 qualification within a designated timeframe.
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
- A proven track record of effective teaching in your subject area.
