About the Role

Job Summary

Cepac, a leading independent manufacturer of corrugated packaging, is seeking an experienced IT professional to join its Group IT Team as an Infrastructure Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of critical systems and providing exceptional support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for IT service desk queries, addressing issues at all levels of complexity.
  • Maintain and develop multiple systems and infrastructures, including Microsoft On-Premises Infrastructure, to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of server rooms, guaranteeing a secure and efficient environment.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Networking principles, with a minimum of CCNA Level certification.
  • Knowledge of Windows-based domain infrastructure, including AD, DNS, Exchange, File-Print, and DFS.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate.
  • University degree in the IT field or equivalent industry experience.
