Accounts Team Leader Opportunity

Talent Finder Careers is seeking an experienced Accounts Team Leader to join our team in Welshpool. This is a new role that will provide the link between Accounts Assistants and our in-house Company Accountant.

About the Role

  • Previous experience in an accounts team is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Previous supervisory experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Review work carried out by Accounts Assistants and assist in work allocation within the team
  • Perform various operational and financial reconciliations
  • Management of the sales ledger, credit control, purchase ledger and payment runs
  • Dealing with inter-company recharges and reconciliations
  • Dealing with day to day queries from the accounts team, suppliers, customers and management
  • Assisting with processing of invoices, payments, journals and general day by day accounting transactions as required
