Salary: From £25,000 - (Salary depending on skills & experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Team Lead to join our team at The Orangery Tea House at Garsons.

As a Front of House Team Lead, it is your role to lead by example, welcome our customers, and provide a warm dining experience by building a rapport and assisting with the smooth running of the restaurant.

Having knowledge of Fine Dining and previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage in this position.

About the Role:

  • Assist the restaurant manager in the smooth operation of the dining establishment
  • Meet and greet customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Open and close the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and compliance with all health & safety regulations
  • Manage daily stock rotation, presentation, and ordering, ensuring efficient inventory management
  • Run food and beverage services, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Deal with customer queries and requests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Train new staff members when called upon, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Manage till operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transactions
  • Perform cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to remain calm and take direction, leading by example
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless customer interactions
  • Valid driving license, with ability to commute to work
