Sales Director for Central Government

At Quantexa Limited, we're committed to driving innovation and change in the Government sector. As a Sales Director for Central Government, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK Central Government sector, working closely with the Head of UK Public Sector and Director of Government Solutions.
- Consistently deliver against sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to execute the sales go-to-market strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with Government sector issues and trends, using this knowledge to advise and solutionize with customers.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the Government sector and its challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including System Integrators, Cloud platform providers, and Consultancy organizations.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
