Role Overview:
This position is responsible for overseeing the Main Assembly production of our Remotely Operated Vehicles at our state-of-the-art Trilogy Facility. The successful candidate will offer direction, instruction, and support to the manufacturing teams, ensuring that operations are conducted safely, within budget constraints, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic plan for the team to achieve established goals and objectives.
- Identify and facilitate necessary training for team members.
- Communicate clear directives to team members.
- Encourage team feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage daily operational workflows.
- Report on team performance and provide updates to management.
- Distribute relevant reports to appropriate personnel.

Essential Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering qualification (HNC level or equivalent).
- Experience in prototype wiring.
- Leadership and coaching experience.
- HV qualifications at a supervisory level.
- Experience in PCB design.
