About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Attega Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Service a wide range of machines both on and off site, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Work independently to troubleshoot and solve complex problems, utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Complete job cards and paperwork to a high standard, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
  • Request parts and materials efficiently, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Supervise apprentices and junior technicians, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and training to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the plant industry or a similar role, with a strong understanding of heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • A valid UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
  • Preferably, an apprentice-trained individual with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and technical skills.
