About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotels - Glasgow. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned to a high standard
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including corridors, lifts, and reception
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
