We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our G4S Business Unit: US Youth Services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Process and coordinate information related to customer service, including installation packages and risk assessments
  • Support the processing of invoices and ad-hoc income
  • Provide customer and operational MI and reporting
  • Work closely with regional engineers to track absences and training records
  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries and work with customer service to schedule engineers and subcontractors
  • Process purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Understanding of commonly used office packages
