Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Senior System Architect to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing Pega solutions for case management and decisioning, as well as ensuring the product is secure and resilient, capable of servicing thousands of concurrent users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Pega solutions for case management and decisioning
  • Develop the account management application to manage customer data, handle data received from external systems, and participate in the development of our new Customer Services Portal
  • Deliver a wide ranging set of product features from customer onboarding, account management, through to fraud case management and product configuration
  • Ensure the product is secure and resilient, capable of servicing thousands of concurrent users
Requirements
  • Pega SSA certification
  • Pega Deployment Manager
  • Extensive Pega experience
  • Significant commercial experience of designing and developing Pega solutions for case management and decisioning, database design and implementation, performance monitoring and tuning, agile practices, DevOps culture and practices, and knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
