We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team on a night shift basis. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for order picking using a handheld device, working in an ambient temperature warehouse with a clean and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and monitor machines, including noticing any issues and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Use HMIs to monitor key parameters
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure an efficient and smoothly run operation
  • Complete written and electronic reports
  • Produce a clear handover for next shift staff to ensure seamless changes
  • Transfer materials to and from the cleanroom
  • Perform routine clerical activities according to established procedures
  • Act as a role model and work positively with fellow team members, cross-functional groups, and managers
Requirements
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills with clear handwriting for report writing
  • Basic level of maths and English
