Position Overview
We are seeking a Vendor Management Office Analyst who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere and possesses a keen analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Financial or Technology sectors, with a focus on vendor relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Assurance tasks to ensure that reporting and documentation adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Perform gap analyses of vendor data in relation to applicable regulations.
- Gain insights into third-party vendor partnerships.
- Analyze vendor materials and produce concise reports.
- Propose enhancements and efficiencies to facilitate operational success.
- Assist in regulatory, risk, and compliance activities, including assurance reviews.
- Prepare vendor performance reports and metrics as needed.
- Maintain risk and control self-assessments.
- Coordinate responses for external assurance inquiries.
- Execute routine tasks within risk and contract management systems.
- Monitor Due Diligence risks, summarizing and updating records accordingly.
- Support the broader team with ad hoc requests as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in the Financial or Technology sectors; experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with audit, risk, and compliance processes is a plus.
