CNC Miller Setter Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Miller Setter to join our team in Birmingham. As a CNC Miller Setter, you will be responsible for setting and operating milling machines, with the opportunity to work on the CNC section.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating milling machines
  • Monitoring part quality throughout production runs
  • Cleanliness and housekeeping on the section
  • Measurement of machined parts and adjustment of offsets to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Experience in milling machine setting and operation
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and dimensional tolerances
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Considered approach to accuracy and quality
