Position Responsibilities
We are looking for skilled professionals with a background in SAP S/4HANA implementations across diverse Supply Chain solution processes. This prominent role within the Supply Chain Capability team demands a blend of business development and client delivery expertise.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
Lead the execution of high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and delivery projects as an Engagement Manager or Solution Architect.Provide specialized guidance in SAP Supply Chain management, collaborating closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize SAP benefits.Drive business development and sales initiatives, including bids, proposals, and contract negotiations with SAP clients.Foster the growth of SAP Supply Chain Capability by sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership, and supporting team members' career goals.Possess functional expertise in the latest SAP Supply Chain solutions and their integration with other SAP modules, including SAP Finance.Advise on the technical integration of SAP Supply Chain applications with client and third-party tools.Guide data migration and ensure data integrity throughout the deployment process.Have experience with SAP S/4 implementations in sectors such as manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, or retail.Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Functional expertise and knowledge of S/4HANA processes and configurations across various areas, including SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP PPDS, SAP DMC, SAP ME, SAP PEO, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Enterprise Asset Management/MRO, SAP Order Management & Fulfilment/AATP/Logistics Execution, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, and SAP Transport Management.Proven experience in Engagement/Delivery Management or as a Solution Architect for large-scale SAP transformation projects.A deep understanding of digital trends in Supply Chain, including Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and SCM digital solutions that integrate with SAP.Experience leading bids, proposals, and commercial negotiations with clients.Ability to effectively manage onshore, offshore, and near-shore resources to ensure efficient client delivery.Strong client relationship-building skills based on subject matter expertise and quality of service.Excellent interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational abilities.Facilitation and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) when interacting with client stakeholders or remote teams.Experience in SAP system design, build, and deployment, with a minimum of three full lifecycle implementations preferred.Experience in business analysis, conducting design workshops to gather requirements, and translating those requirements into actionable designs.Ability to produce high-quality project deliverables, including business requirements, solution design documents, functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.Preferred Supply Chain experience in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, or retail.#LI-AP1
