We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Nurse to lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in our care homes across Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest clinical standards are maintained across our homes, reviewing clinical governance data, and implementing improvements where necessary.
You will work closely with our care home teams to support the delivery of high-quality care, and contribute to the development of our clinical governance policies and procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in our care homes
- Review and analyze clinical governance data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement clinical governance policies and procedures
- Work closely with care home teams to support the delivery of high-quality care
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
- Experience in clinical governance and quality improvement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
