Catering Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a committed Catering Operations Supervisor to oversee the effective management of food service operations while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will be part of a dedicated team that values quality service and takes pride in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

As a Catering Operations Supervisor, your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and quality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and manage the timely and accurate receipt of deliveries
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a supportive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Act as a responsible key holder
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other necessary duties
  • Create weekly schedules in accordance with management directives
  • Order supplies to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Delegate tasks effectively while encouraging proactive team engagement
  • Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene regulations
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising hospitality teams in a comparable setting
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
  • Self-driven with the capability to take initiative
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor

Note: Due to the nature of the role, reliable transportation is necessary.

Shifts: Availability to work varying shifts throughout the week, including occasional evenings.
