Corporate Tax Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax planning and advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to a range of clients
  • Develop and implement tax restructuring strategies to minimize tax liabilities
  • Conduct tax due diligence on clients and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with EIS/SEIS advanced assurance and reporting
  • Deal with ad hoc queries from the wider firm
  • Act as a specialist in deferred tax and Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) planning
  • Provide ATED in year notification and year end reporting
Requirements:
  • Studying towards or qualified in ATT/CTA
  • Previous experience within corporate tax preferably handling some advisory work
  • Experience within practice
  • Live within a commutable distance to Gerrards Cross
