Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data management, reporting, and communication with clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Support the delivery of key industry insights, such as market research and analysis, to clients.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely data supply and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear and concise communication and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Quality check team output to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support work scheduling and team planning, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Conduct desk research and assist with project-based output, providing valuable insights to clients.

Requirements
