Production Operative

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at Marshalls Civils and Drainage, a leading manufacturer of precast concrete drainage and bespoke products. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the efficient production of high-quality concrete drainage and associated products.
Key Responsibilities:- Work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient production of high-quality concrete drainage and associated products.
- Be trained in and required to use a range of hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment.
- Work in an environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are key to yours and the company's ongoing success.
- Work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday (6.00am to 2.00pm), with occasional overtime on Saturdays (6.00am to 2:00pm) with 1.5 x overtime rates applied and paid.
- Ideally have previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production environment.
- Team player with attention to detail and the willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication skills (teamwork is key to our success).
- An understanding of the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace.
- An understanding and appreciation of how an efficient way of working can impact the success of any business.
- Current FLT licence (desirable but not essential) - Lapsed tickets can and will be renewed for the successful applicants.
- 34 days per annum or the equivalent in hours (inclusive of bank holidays)
