About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our client's support package in their own home. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the client's safety, well-being, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mental health support.
  • Accompany the client to various outdoor venues, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing paperwork.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the client, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the client, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
  • Female support workers only, due to the client's specific needs.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Commitment to long-term care for one client in a person-centered way.
  • Willingness to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs.
