John Francis Estate Agency is seeking a dedicated Mortgage and Protection Consultant to enhance our team.
Compensation
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £60,000. We are in search of an outstanding individual who possesses the skills, qualities, and motivation to elevate our clients' experience throughout the mortgage journey.

Main Responsibilities
- Cultivating relationships with Estate Agency teams to deliver training and support.
- Attracting new clientele and business while striving to meet professional objectives in a results-oriented setting.
- Guiding clients through the complete mortgage service, including offering advice on a variety of products and services tailored to meet their needs.
- Participating in regular branch meetings to share best practices and foster enduring relationships.
Required Skills and Experience
- Full CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification.
- Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Exceptional customer care and service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- A Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
