Nurse Disability Assessor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Functional Assessor. In this role, you will work with individuals who have a diverse range of physical and/or mental health conditions, using your clinical expertise to gain a clear understanding of how their challenges and disabilities affect their daily life.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough, holistic assessments with individuals over the telephone, video, or face-to-face
- Interpret medical evidence and gather findings into a comprehensive report to support the decision-making process by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Work autonomously and use your IT competency to complete assessments and reports
- Registered Nurse with at least 1 year's broad post-registration experience
- UK experience is essential
- Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Competitive salary of £37,800 per year
