About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Criminology Graduate to join our team as a Youth Worker at Academics Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students with social emotional needs and Autism, aged 9-16 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEMH, ADHD, Asperger's, OCD, Dyslexia, and other challenges in a specialist school setting.
  • Deliver practical, creative, and vocational subjects that spark joy for students and help them positively contribute to society.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting their social, emotional, and mental well-being.
  • Participate in MAPA and ABA Training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
