About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our Building Services team. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for performing both preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of properties across Milton Keynes and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve maintenance issues
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
Requirements
  • Qualified in a main trade, ideally with a completed apprenticeship
  • Experience in providing both preventive and reactive maintenance in the building services sector
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license with 6 points or less
