Position Overview:
We are in search of a committed and skilled Childcare Services Supervisor to oversee our dedicated team.

This position is crucial for maintaining the highest quality of care for our young residents, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages the growth and well-being of every child entrusted to us.


Core Responsibilities:
1. Direct, manage, and enhance a team of care specialists, offering direction, oversight, and assistance.
2. Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, policies, and protocols, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
3. Create and execute individualized care strategies in partnership with multidisciplinary teams, tailored to the unique needs of each child.
4. Assess and review the effectiveness of care methodologies, implementing enhancements as required.
5. Administer budgets and resources efficiently to guarantee the viability and effectiveness of the service.
6. Collaborate with families, external organizations, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
7. Foster a culture of ongoing improvement and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:
1. Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
2. Must hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
3. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential care environment.
4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
6. A dedication to providing high-quality care and promoting positive outcomes for children and young individuals.
