As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering the outstanding service that Southern Co-op is renowned for. Key Responsibilities

This dynamic customer service role within our retail environment offers a variety of tasks. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as comprehensive training will be provided. You should possess excellent communication skills and be a collaborative team member with a proactive attitude. Your enthusiasm for exceptional customer service will shine through as you engage in daily responsibilities, including:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and requests
  • Organizing merchandise to ensure optimal availability
  • Supporting inventory management and restocking efforts
  • Operating the checkout and serving customers efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
  • Upholding high standards of customer service at all times
