Education Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our nursery, working closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of care and education for our children.

• Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
• Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.

• A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
• At least 3 years' experience of working in a day nursery, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their learning and development.
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
