POSITION OVERVIEW:We are in search of a committed and service-oriented professional to take on the role of Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager. This position entails overseeing a team of engineering technicians to maintain safety protocols, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure the availability of equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Guide, support, and mentor the engineering team to operate safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and the network to devise technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and execute safety initiatives.
- Promote preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment availability.
- Coordinate training sessions for technical proficiency and project support.
- Engage actively in daily operational activities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in supervising practical engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proficient in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Familiarity with automated systems and safety protocols.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Competence in computer applications, including MS Office and CAD software.
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering equipment and facility operations.
- Experience with PLC systems and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and Continuous Improvement Processes.
