Job Title: Audit Partner Designate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced auditor to join our team as an Audit Partner Designate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker and effective leader who is looking for a defined route to partnership.

About the Role:
  • Strategically lead the audit function, working closely with Partners to align service delivery with the firm's commercial goals
  • Oversee the provision of audits from planning to completion, including identifying new processes to improve efficiencies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive service delivery
  • Represent the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients
  • Champion professional development across the team, identifying knowledge gaps and providing training

Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with demonstrable experience leading an Audit team
  • Technically proficient with close attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills
  • Demonstrable experience in winning new clients
  • An appetite to proactively grow the business and be involved with the firm's strategic direction
  • The foresight and confidence to provide proactive advice to clients and discuss opportunities with partners
  • A strong leader and team player that encourages and motivates others
  • Self-motivated with the ability to produce work in a timely manner
  • A strategic, creative and analytical thinker
