Position Overview

As a Senior Podiatrist, you will engage in a variety of podiatric treatments, including but not limited to biomechanics, cryotherapy, laser nail therapies, lower laser therapy, taping, nail surgery, foot acupuncture, and foot manipulation and mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

You will act as the primary liaison for the podiatry team within the clinic, managing any issues or incidents that may arise and escalating them to the Head of Podiatry when necessary. Your role will also encompass:

  • Providing expert advice and training to the podiatry team.
  • Offering daily guidance to ensure high standards of care.
Work Schedule

This position is structured as a full-time role, requiring commitment for five days a week, which includes one weekend day. However, there is flexibility regarding weekend work to meet client needs, and a financial incentive is available for Sunday shifts.

Compensation

Previous team members have reported earning over £200 monthly in tips, reflecting the high level of service provided.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Podiatry Degree registered with the HCPC and College of Podiatry or SMAE.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Podiatrist, proficient in delivering a range of advanced foot treatments (including Laser, acupuncture, biomechanics, etc.).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in private clinics with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service.
Compliance

This position is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975, necessitating a submission for Disclosure to the Disclosure and Barring Service to verify any previous criminal convictions.
