We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Software Developer to take on a Senior Technology Leadership role within our innovative construction industry client.

As a key member of the engineering team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop the technical direction of the business, while continuing to work hands-on as a software developer.

With a strong background in full-stack development and exposure to mobile app development, you will be well-equipped to lead the engineering function and hire a talented in-house team of developers.

The existing technology stack is based on LAMP, but you will have the freedom to implement the technologies you feel are most appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical direction of the business and grow the engineering function
  • Develop and implement new technologies to drive innovation
  • Collaborate with the existing team to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Recruit and manage a team of developers to support the business's growth
  • Desirable: Experience with AI/LLM technologies
