We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our Plot Sales Team at TSR Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with initial matter setup, and providing dedicated support to Conveyancers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to client queries.
- Matter Setup: Assist with initial matter setup, including drafting confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records, and entering client/matter details.
- Conveyancing Support: Provide dedicated support to Conveyancers, ensuring efficient handling of legal tasks and queries.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout all transactions.
- Due Diligence: Collate and complete due diligence documentation to comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
- Client Enquiries: Manage routine client telephone enquiries, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and file opening requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
