At ISBA Enterprises Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Head and Deputy Head of the Prep School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head and Deputy Head of the Prep School, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the school office, including managing the school's information management system and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure the effective management of the school's administrative functions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other members of the school team to achieve the school's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Educated to A-level or above.
  • Proven experience in a front-line customer service/administrative/secretarial role.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and databases.
  • An understanding of the independent school sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ISAMS (School Information Management System) and previous experience of working within a school office would be advantageous.
  • Good organisational and time management skills and able to use their own initiative.
  • Flexible, adaptable and understand what makes a good team.
  • Confidence to remind staff and parents of deadlines and handle sensitive situations tactfully and confidentially.
