Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Adherence to Tax Laws: Stay up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and ensure compliance with both US and UK tax laws.
- Provide Comprehensive Tax Advisory Services: Offer expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and risk management to high-net-worth individuals.
- Manage Complex Tax Matters: Oversee and review the preparation of tax returns, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee Tax Returns: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns, including compliance with HMRC, IRS, and State Tax Authorities.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Identify and capitalise on sales and business development opportunities to drive growth.
- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to the team, contribute to the training and development of junior staff, and collaborate with directors and partners to ensure exceptional client service.
- US CPA, EA, or ATT Tax Qualification: Possess a recognized tax qualification, such as US CPA, EA, or ATT.
- Deep Understanding of Tax Systems: Have a deep understanding of both US and UK tax systems.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing tax-related matters for affluent individuals.
- Proactive Work Ethic: Demonstrate a proactive work ethic, capable of managing tasks independently and in collaboration.
