About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team at HC-One. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to promote independence and well-being.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by our medical team.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Valid UK NMC Pin number.
  • Proven experience in a care home or similar setting, with a strong understanding of person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
