Job Summary

As a junior to mid-level lawyer at Taylor Root, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Legal in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts, including commercial agreements, vendor/partner agreements, data processing agreements, and corporate agreements worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and draft commercial agreements, including technology, licensing, and services contracts
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners

Requirements
