Project Coordinator Role

Charles Levick Limited is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our sustainability business, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects effectively, utilizing MS Project and other planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Run regular project meetings and escalate issues to the Senior team as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with current processes and templates.
  • Mitigate risks through detailed planning and consistent application of processes.
  • Continuously improve performance through effective learning and feedback.
  • Liaise with Finance to prepare and validate budgets and maintain accurate cost reports.

Requirements:

  • Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).
  • Experience in using Microsoft Project to prepare and monitor detailed plans and Gantt charts.
  • 5+ years of project management experience ensuring completion on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
  • Organized and able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and consistently high standards of behavior.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Experience preparing project budgets and scopes.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices.
