Charles Levick Limited is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our sustainability business, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects effectively, utilizing MS Project and other planning tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Run regular project meetings and escalate issues to the Senior team as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with current processes and templates.
- Mitigate risks through detailed planning and consistent application of processes.
- Continuously improve performance through effective learning and feedback.
- Liaise with Finance to prepare and validate budgets and maintain accurate cost reports.
Requirements:
- Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).
- Experience in using Microsoft Project to prepare and monitor detailed plans and Gantt charts.
- 5+ years of project management experience ensuring completion on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
- Organized and able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong work ethic and consistently high standards of behavior.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible working hours.
- Experience preparing project budgets and scopes.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices.
