The Role: Care Assistant - Complex Care Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Hythe area. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients, providing personalized care and support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy management and gastrostomy care.
- Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure that clients' needs are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care, including personal care, is essential.
- Must be able to commit to at least two shifts per week.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your vehicle are essential.
- Must be based in the UK (we do not offer VISA sponsorship).
