Exciting Opportunity for Counterbalance and Reach Truck Forklift Drivers

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our client's dynamic team as a Counterbalance and Reach Truck Driver in the Northampton, Brackmills area. This is a full-time, stable employment opportunity with consistent hours, offering a modern and well-equipped warehouse facility, supportive work environment, and potential for career growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Counterbalance and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely movement of goods and materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses and relevant experience.
  • VNA license (optional but preferred).
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay rate of £12 per hour (increasing to £12.50 per hour with VNA license).
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x over 40 hours from Monday to Friday.
