Hotel Porter Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Porter to join our team at OCS, a leading facilities management company. As a Hotel Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our hotel, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security and Safety: Patrol the hotel corridors and outside areas to ensure the security and safety of our guests and staff.
- Fire Marshal: Conduct regular fire safety checks and ensure that all necessary procedures are in place in the event of an emergency.
- Supporting Teams: Assist other teams with duties during busy periods, such as reception and housekeeping.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform various tasks as required by management, such as cleaning and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Experience: Ideally, you will have experience working in the hotel sector, although full training will be provided.
- Customer Service: Must be customer-driven and able to work well in a team.
