About the Role

The team is comprised of seasoned equity release specialists who pride themselves on delivering efficient, professional, and impartial legal advice to clients on lifetime mortgages and reversion plans. In response to growing client demand for residential conveyancing services, the company has decided to invest in their own team, focusing on high-value residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of Conveyancing & Residential Property matters, including taking instructions, dealing with client queries, and working collaboratively with the wider equity release team.
  • Maintain excellent file administration standards, with a strong understanding of relevant compliance requirements in this highly regulated area of law.
  • Work proactively with another Conveyancing fee earner, offering guidance to less experienced staff members and contributing to the team's success.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Residential Conveyancer or Residential Property Lawyer with at least 2-3 years' experience of fee earning and independently managing their own caseload within a residential property team. The ideal candidate will have good prior experience in a local or regional law firm or legal services company, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a busy team environment.
