About the Role

Matt Burton is seeking a highly skilled IAM Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational technical support of our identity and access management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identity and Access Management: Oversee the user identity infrastructure, platform management, and response to requests, incidents, and routine maintenance for Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
  • Enterprise Functions Management: Manage and maintain MFA, Single Sign On, Enterprise applications, and functions within Azure Entra ID Enterprise Functions.
  • Server Management: Experience in managing servers at scale, managing server health, security vulnerabilities, requests, and incidents for Windows Server.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain DNS, DHCP solutions, Certificates, and enterprise technical infrastructure.
Expectations
  • Operational Technical Support: Responsible for day-to-day operational technical support, managed incidents, service requests, and technical changes, and regular ongoing systems maintenance and updates.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency, analytical working practices, and alignment to service delivery processes with alignment to ITIL best practice.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Input subject matter expert knowledge and experience, seeking to continuously improve service, develop working practices, and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engagement and collaboration with third-party suppliers, ability to communicate to stakeholders at different levels.
Requirements
  • Operational Technical Experience: At least 3 years' experience in operational technical infrastructure support.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth technical experience and knowledge across Microsoft MECM, Microsoft SCOM, Windows Server Management, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Certificate management, and network infrastructure services.
