Our 12-month Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hardware development, working on real-time projects alongside leading scientists and engineers.

What You'll Do

You'll be encouraged to gain experience in all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, applied research, and test. You'll have the opportunity to work on electronics hardware disciplines such as RF, Microwave, Antenna, FPGA, and high-speed digital engineering, as well as EMC and Power Supply Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Learn the skills required for hardware development, including developing practical skills in advanced design techniques for aerospace applications, understanding key technologies, and developing experience using ECAD tools and test equipment.

You'll be given the opportunity to explore various aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and definition, hardware design, hardware implementation, hardware integration, hardware test, and through-life support.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals with a minimum of an upper Second-class Bachelor's/Integrated Masters degree or a higher degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or another relevant STEM discipline. You'll be working within world-class facilities, and dependent on your role, you may be working in an office or lab environment or a combination of both.
