Job Title: Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with our Group HR strategy and supports the ongoing development of high levels of performance within our businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a best-in-class multi-site learning and development service, including training management and facilitation and coordination.
  • Lead the induction and onboarding program, using a variety of methods and techniques to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance outcomes.
  • Ensure all employees receive the appropriate training and are competent to carry out their duties.
  • Drive our training agenda by planning, organising, and delivering training at all levels.
  • Manage employee competence and identify opportunities to drive our talent.
  • Use technology (e-learning) to maximise training opportunities.
  • Identify training needs and where required develop and deliver training to delegates.
  • Drive succession planning throughout the organization, supporting plans, and driving continuity in the key positions in the organisation.
  • Manage the performance review process and management development program and report on the progress of employee's development.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar L&D level role, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Influence and lead learners through the training programme.
  • Face to face training experience.
