We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Prince Personnel Limited. This role will primarily support the Director and the Private Client division while also providing assistance to the Notary department as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and organization of Litigation and Civil case files, ensuring all procedures are followed from initiation to closure.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and other communication channels, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Handle incoming messages, including phone calls, faxes, and emails, with promptness and accuracy.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings as required, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Conduct research on pertinent legal matters related to ongoing cases.
- Manage financial aspects of client files, including securing funds, advising clients on costs, and collaborating with the Accounts Manager.
- Provide training and support to new or temporary staff members as necessary.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, particularly in telephone interactions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT, including strong typing skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of £44.
