We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our ranks. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our web and e-commerce projects by seamlessly integrating your knowledge of Agile principles with digital expertise.

Our Business Analysts possess a unique distinction: they actively participate throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and acceptance criteria definition to development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This collaborative approach allows you to work closely with developers, QA testers, and external client stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA analysts, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to gather comprehensive requirements and translate them into clear, concise user stories.
  • Define acceptance criteria and collaborate with developers to ensure alignment throughout the development process.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to contribute to an efficient and collaborative Agile workflow.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in web and digital project analysis, including API knowledge and message structures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A pragmatic problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
