Job Title: Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA Estimator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our body shop team, you will be responsible for producing initial and updated estimates for vehicle repairs, ensuring that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the correct specification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
* Work closely with customers and insurers to ensure that repairs are carried out to their satisfaction
* Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines
* Work safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer's specifications and our company's health and safety guidelines
* Continuously develop your technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and automotive developments
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor
* VDA Accreditation, Audatex, IMI Customer Service Practitioner Level 2, Level 3 ADAS, and IMIAL Level 3 Hybrid & Electric Vehicle
* Full and valid driving license
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
