As a Lettings Consultant, you will manage all aspects of lettings before a tenancy begins.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for both tenants and property owners.
- Manage communications and stay updated on lettings compliance and conduct Right to Rent checks.
- Receive and process new property inquiries from tenants and property owners.
- Advertise properties and proactively contact potential tenants.
- Register applicants, arrange and conduct viewings, and provide feedback to property owners.
- Negotiate offers between property owners and tenants.
- Assist the Asset Management team during busy changeover periods.
- Support marketing events and contribute to the growth of our business.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality service to all customers.
- Ability to manage tasks from start to finish and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in lettings (preferred) and a self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work and a willingness to learn.
Additional Information:
- Hours of Work: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 26 Saturdays per year (10am - 3pm).
- Bonus Scheme Available
- Driving Licence Required (Personal car preferred).
