Key Responsibilities- Support Team Members
- Assist team members in managing their caseloads during busy periods and in times of absence
- Provide administrative support to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Ensure all records are up-to-date and accurately maintained on our systems
- Document all interactions and communications with clients and stakeholders
- Adhere to Procedures
- Comply with all relevant policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service delivery
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet customer expectations
- General Administration
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Assist with the compilation of reports and presentations as required
- Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Organizational Skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role or industry is desirable but not essential
- CeMap qualification is preferred but not compulsory
