Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounts & Administration Coordinator to join our team at Enra Specialist Finance Ltd. As a key member of our BTL & Commercial department, you will play a vital role in supporting our advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our mortgage processing and underwriting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Team Members
    • Assist team members in managing their caseloads during busy periods and in times of absence
    • Provide administrative support to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Maintain Accurate Records
    • Ensure all records are up-to-date and accurately maintained on our systems
    • Document all interactions and communications with clients and stakeholders
  • Adhere to Procedures
    • Comply with all relevant policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service delivery
    • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet customer expectations
  • General Administration
    • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
    • Assist with the compilation of reports and presentations as required
Requirements
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Organizational Skills
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge & Qualifications
    • Experience in a similar role or industry is desirable but not essential
    • CeMap qualification is preferred but not compulsory
